ここのルブリック、「open」という単語が抜けているようです。「open air」＝外気、戸外（の空気）ってことですよね。

このルブリックはハーネマンの『慢性病論』に遡るものでした。『慢性病論』の中の、Anacardiumのあるプルーバーの様子です：
